Michael Courville: A Compelling Artist

I am a self-taught mixed media artist. My style revolves around my exploration of the different art techniques. I love trying out new materials and designs to translate my vision of style and color into bold, new, one-of-a-kind work of art.

Art has been a passion of mine since I was a child. At the age of 18, I was a display artist with my own company that designs displays for storefronts, hotels, and homes. I used these experiences to enter the art department of productions.

I was able to create props for several theaters, TV, and film productions. These include The Tower, Annie, Ever After, Bratz, Dirty Sexy Money, My Boys, Castle, and Disney Channel’s Liv & Maddie. My work has been recognized globally and I was able to decorate Sanrio’s Puroland Amusement Park in Tokyo, Japan.

Now, I continue to explore the world of art. My inspiration comes from a wide variety of life experiences, dreams, and travel.
